The first car is currently $70,000 Fame. You open the store and look for the value of the car. I am currently playing the Game Pass version of the game. 
Adjusting the cost of the vehicles in the Tournament store to 0 Fame. I saw a post recently that guided me to the answer. The fame point question is easily done, but the process is slightly different than you think.
